Essential is our annual plan that gives unlimited access to our telephone support.

Support plans are per machine, and you are required to enter the WARDJet CNC Waterjet Serial Number that you would like this plan to cover. (Your machine serial number can be found on the CE plate)

Priority Phone Support

Our team of factory-trained technicians can assist you with the following types of issues over the phone:

Machine initialization issues

  • Error codes
  • Communication issues
  • Cut quality issues
  • Intensifier pump issues
  • Controller issues
  • Cutting head issues
  • Abrasive flow issues
  • Motion issues

    Note: Software or Machine operator training, software setup or re-installation of software is not included in this Support Package.

    Essential also includes 1 free upgrade to emergency service on a service call during the year. Emergency calls are done within 24 hours of request (subject to technician availability) and are charged at a premium rate versus standard service calls.

Support Packages are valid for 12 month from receipt of payment.
