Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return and refund. We have a 20% restocking fee policy that will apply to returns. It is at our sole discretion to waive this fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- Gift cards

- Perishable goods inc hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Downloadable software products

- Anything with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

- Any sale item

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the error where possible.

Refunds & Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the part you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To arrange a return, please contact us at sales@cncshop.com for more information about how to do this.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we highly recommend you use a signed for service.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days.
