ADVANTAGE is our plan that includes unlimited priority support tickets, one annual service performed by our factory-trained technician team, online training up to two emergency call outs and A2MC software (OS update and APPS).


If you are on Net 30 terms, be aware that this item must be paid for in advance. The service plan will not become active until payment is received. Please note this package is available for UK Mainland Only.


Support Tickets (Technical Support via Phone, Email or TeamViewer)

Our team of factory-trained technicians can assist you with the following types of issues over the phone:

  • Machine initialization issues
  • Error codes
  • Communication issues
  • Cut quality issues
  • Vacuum hold down issues
  • Controller issues
  • SmartConsole/Console issues
  • Spindle and Inverter issues
  • Motion issues
  • Option issues

Note: Software or Machine operator training, software setup or re-installation of software is not included in this Support Package. Click here to view our training packages.


Annual Service

One of our factory-trained technicians will visit your facility to perform an annual service. The service will be scheduled during a planned visit to your location throughout the year.

Note: the service excludes parts, if any parts are required these are chargeable.


Online Software Training

Using TeamViewer, one of our technicians will provide up to 5 hours of software training on VCarve, Aspire or PanelBuilder.  This time must be scheduled in advance with our service planning team.


Emergency Call Out

Up to 2 emergency call outs will be done at the standard rate during the year.  Emergency calls are done within 48 hours of request (subject to technician availability) and are charged at a premium rate versus standard call out charges.


A2MC Software

OS upgrades and any relevant AXYZ Enterprise Apps for your table are included in the plan. Provided on a when required basis.


Support Packages are valid for 12 month from receipt of payment.


Support plans are per machine, and you are required to enter the AXYZ CNC Router Serial Number that you would like this plan to cover. (Your machine serial number can be found on the CE plate)
